Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, M&G Real Estate, DTZ Investors, Savills, Cushman & Wakefield
Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets – Steven Sewell has been appointed executive director of real estate in London. Sewell was previously managing director and chief executive of Australian shopping centre specialist Federation Centres (Vicinity Centres). He has also worked for Macquarie in the past, as chief executive of Macquarie CountryWide Trust.
M&G Real Estate – Chiang Ling Ng is to replace Scott Girard as chief executive and CIO at the firm’s Asia business. She will be promoted to the new role in April. Girard, who will be relocating to Australia, will remain with the firm until September. M&G said its core Asia strategy remained the same, with Erle Spratt in charge.
DTZ Investors – Gregory Flash has been named senior investment manager in France. Flash, who founded Diverstone Real Estate , has also worked for Lloyds and Allen & Overy. DTZ Investors said Flash had previously managed a €600m pan-European property portfolio.
Savills – Marco Montosi and Giacomo De Feo have joined from Cushman & Wakefield . Montosi will head up Savills’s investment team and act as director of retail. De Feo will become director of office investment.
Cushman & Wakefield – Paul Love has been named as a director to head up project and building consultancy in Cardiff. Love joins from consultancy Kaizon in New Zealand, where he spent five years as an associate director. He has also worked for CBRE in Bristol. Graduate Samantha Johnstone has also joined the firm.
