Blackstone Rick Hayduk has been appointed general manager of Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town, following a transition period with current property manager Compass Rock. Hayduk joins from Boca Raton Resort & Club, where he was the property’s president responsible for the resort. Prior to that, he was regional managing director of South Seas Island Resort and the Inns of Sanibel.

Fidelity International – Iryna Pylypchuk is now director of European research. She was previously director for global research at CBRE.

Tyndaris Real Estate – Imo Skrzypczyk, previously at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, has joined as a principal, while Enrique Zouein, formerly of Kildare Partners and HIG Capital, has joined as an associate. Iain Katimbo, formerly a financial controller at Valiance, has also joined the business as a fund controller.

Bouwfonds Investment Management – Regulatory and fund expert René Zerull has been recruited from Realis. Zeerull has also worked for Siemens and UBS Real Estate. Kerstin Lauerbach has joined as a fund director, joining from IVG Private Funds. Hans Peter Renk, meanwhile, has been recruited to the fund management business, having previously worked for Immo Invest and the Hamburg Trust.

The Grosvenor Estate – Jeremy Newsum will retire at the end of 2016 from his role as executive trustee, a post he has held since 1993. From 1989 to 2008, he was also chief executive of Grosvenor Group, the Grosvenor Estate’s urban property company. Mark Preston, in the role since 2008, will take over Newsum’s role on 1 January 2017. At the same time, Peter Doyle, currently CFO of the Grosvenor Estate, will be appointed inaugural head of the firm’s family investment office.
