Buwog – Andreas Segal has been named chief financial officer and deputy CEO. Segal was most recently CFO of listed residential company Deutsche Wohnen. He has also worked for Berlin residential group GSW Immobilien and electronics retail chain ProMarkt.
Cornerstone – Sebastian Wohlers has been named director of business development. Based in Cornerstone’s Hamburg office, Wohlers joins from real estate investment manager, Warburg-HIH. He has also worked for Warburg-Henderson, Morgan Stanley and DB Real Estate.
Clarion Partners – Glenn Johnson has joined as director in their Client Capital Management group. Johnson, who will be based in Boston, was chief investment officer of Northland Investment Corporation.
Cording Real Estate – Joanne Fisher has joined as director of UK Property Management. She previously worked for Deloitte Real Estate. Mina Janeska has been appointed to the role of assistant property manager. Janeska began her career with CBRE.
Prelios Immobilien Management – Nico Tates has been appointed head of a new investment management arm. Based in Frankfurt, Tates previously worked for Aberdeen Asset Management.
Allianz Global Investors – Marie Le Dorner has joined the company’s infrastructure debt team as an assistant vice president. Based in London, Le Dorner joins from Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ.
Hamburg Trust – Christian Daumann has been appointed managing director investment and asset management. Daumann has worked as managing director of CR Investment Management and LNR/Hatfield Philips, as well as Anterra, Morgan Stanley and Helaba.
Target Advisers – Donald Campbell has been appointed portfolio partner. Based in Stirling, Campbell joins Target from Deloitte where he was in charge of Scottish private client tax business.
CBRE – Alan Li has been given the role of head of capital markets in Greater China. Li joins from JLL where he was previously head of capital markets for China and an international director. Li will report to Ben Duncan, president of North Asia and Richard Kirke, managing director of CBRE’s Capital Markets Asia Pacific. He will be based in Shanghai.
Crestbridge – The firm has opened a new London office, headed by director Steven Morrice.
