Rockspring Property Investment ManagersEduardo Noguera has joined as European director and Balazs Hornok has been appointed acquisitions director. Based in London, Noguera and Hornok will source investments in continental Europe. Noguera joins from Pradera Asset Management and has also held positions at JER Real Estate Advisors, Henderson Global Investors (now TH Real Estate) and Savills. Hornok previously spent five years at Allianz Real Estate and has also worked at both AXA and DTZ. 

Pamera – Karl Gross von Trockau has joined as a managing partner of real estate. Based in Frankfurt, he will provide clients with advice. Gross von Trockau is qualified as a banker and previously headed a family office, focusing inter also on a large real estate investment. He has also worked for Bethmann Bank.

SavillsGeorge Nicholas has been named global head of hotels. Based in London, he will lead the division across the European, Asia Pacific, Australian and US markets. Nicholas joins from JLL. Prior to this, Nicholas was director of hotels at CBRE and associate director at Colliers International Australia.

Cain Hoy Enterprises – Richard Pilkington has joined as managing director and Tanja Ennsgraber as associate director Pilkington was managing director of Oxford Properties’ UK business and has also worked for MGPA (now BlackRock). Ennsgraber was previously at LaSalle Investment Management, where she worked on underwriting real estate mezzanine and whole loan transactions.

Goodwin Procter – The firm has opened of an office in Frankfurt. Stephan Kock, Peter Junghänel, Marc Bohne and Lars Jessen will join the office as partners.
