People moves: Dittmann replaced as M&G's senior debt head

M&G Investments, Cornerstone, M&G Real Estate, MaxCap Group

M&G Investments – Lynn Gilbert is replacing Paul Dittmann as head of senior real estate debt. Gilbert, who joined M&G two years ago as director of origination, has previously worked for Renshaw Bay. Before then, she managed teams at Société Générale, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital.

Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers Europe – Adolfo Favieres has been appointed head of Spain as the company opens its first office in the country. Favieres joins from private equity investment firm HIG Capital. Before then, he worked for Lapithus Servicing Spain and Bank of Scotland.

M&G Real Estate – Stephen Hibbert and Matthew Ellis have joined the industrial and logistics team. Hibbert joins from Knight Frank, while Ellis was previously at TFL.

MaxCap Group – Mark Heaven has been named COO, reporting to managing director Wayne Lasky. Heaven, who joins from KPMG, has also worked for Aviva, Colonial, MM&E Capital, Perennial Investment Partners and EMR Capital.
