TH Real Estate – Jane Fiedler has been named client service manager in Germany. Before joining TH Real Estate, Fiedler worked as a client relationship manager at Selinus Capital in Frankfurt. Prior to that, Fiedler worked at Henderson Global Investors. Meanwhile, Harry Tan has been named head of research for Asia-Pacific. Tan, who will be based in Singapore, joins from Grosvenor in Hong Kong, where he has been head of research since 2007. Prior to Grosvenor, he worked at MEAG Pacific Star, JP Morgan Chase and Nomura Securities.

Clarion Partners – Glenn Johnson has been named director in client capital management. Johnson, who will be based in Boston, was previously chief investment officer of Northland Investment Corporation.

M7 Real Estate – Paul Betts has been named joint managing director for Central and Eastern Europe, alongside Amanda Spring. M7 is planning to open offices in Budapest and Bucharest. Betts will be based in Prague, while Spring is based in Warsaw. Betts joins M7 from JLL, where he spent three years, most recently as head of logistics for the EMEA region. He previously spent 22 years at King Sturge as managing director of France and in Prague.

LGIM Real Assets – Declan O’Brien has been appointed as infrastructure strategist, Enrico Faccioli as research analyst and James Davies as property fund analyst. O’Brien worked at Moody’s Investors Service in London and Madrid. Faccioli is a recent graduate of Warwick Business School. Davies previously spent two years in Cushman & Wakefield’s corporate finance team.

Colliers International – David Jones has been appointed head of EMEA Finance, based in London. Jones was previously at Colt Technology Services for seven years.

Savills – A new Colombia office has been opened by the company and will be headed by general manager Claudia Robledo Arias and vice-president of capital markets Angelica Mejia Ramirez. Robledo was previously project manager of EC Harris, working across office and shopping mall projects in Spain, France and Italy before joining CBRE as director of international asset management. Robledo returned to Bogotá to join Bancolombia as investment director of the bank’s real estate fund.
