M&G Real Estate – Olivier Vellay has joined as head of investment for Continental Europe. Based in Paris, he joins from Quarters Capital. He has also worked for MGPA’s real estate private equity arm, having established the company’s French business. Vellay will identify assets for investment and develop new fund and separate account opportunities.
Rockspring Property Investment Managers – Jamie Younger has been appointed European director, while Shaun Hose has been appointed assistant director in the asset management team. Duncan White has joined as assistant director in the fund management team. Younger was managing director of loan origination at GE Capital, while Hose was director of asset management at BNP Paribas Real Estate for five years. White has worked for GE Capital Real Estate and ING Real Estate Investment Management.
Corestate Capital – Jorge Sena Ponce has been named managing director of the Iberian office. He was previously senior adviser at the Madrid office of Cerberus Capital Management.
KKR – Marcus Ralling has been appointed as a director in KKR’s real estate team. Ralling, who will be responsible for the asset management of KKR’s European real estate portfolio, was Pramerica’s head of UK and European asset management. He has also worked for Threadneedle Property Investments.
Redefine International – Janine Ackermann has been named head of investor relations, joining from SABMiller.
