Michael Fuller, who most recently led Brookfield’s core-plus strategy in Europe, has joined King Street Capital Management’s European real estate team.

King Street has appointed Fuller managing director, responsible for business development initiatives, asset management and supporting the team in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities across the European real estate market.

Based in London, Fuller will report to Paul Brennan, partner and co-head of real estate responsible for leading the European business.

Fuller worked at Brookfield, where he spent over 11 years, most recently as a managing director from March 2021 to August 2025, and previously as a senior vice president for seven years. He recently led core-plus Europe at Brookfield Property, where he led the build-out of the firm’s European core-plus strategy, as well as deal origination across Continental Europe, Germany and the Nordics for Brookfield’s flagship opportunistic fund series.

Prior to his time at Brookfield, Fuller was a principal/investment professional at Apollo Global Management from 2010 to 2014. He also served as an associate in acquisitions at Citi Property Investors from 2006 to 2010, and worked as an analyst at BFD Finance Management from 2004 to 2006.

Brennan said Fuller “brings valuable vision and experience that will help fuel the growth of our real estate strategy across Europe and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in complex transactions and thematic platforms”.

According to Brennan, Fuller’s appointment, along with the recent additions of Adam Lawrence and Ranveer Bassey, ”reflect our ongoing investment in talent as we continue to scale our multi-strategy real estate platform.”
