HSBC Asset ManagementKarim Ghannam has been appointed global head of real assets and head of alternatives. Ghannam joins from 8F Asset Management, an impact-focused private equity fund manager which he co-founded in 2016 and was most recently CIO. Prior to that, Ghannam held a number of leadership roles in alternatives and private markets at global firms including Deutsche Bank and Argan Capital.

CapMan – Following CapMan’s acquisition of a 51% stake in Caerus Debt Investments, Caerus founder and CEO Michael Morgenroth will join CapMan’s management group. He will serve as the managing partner for the newly created CapMan real asset debt investment business.

Revive InfrastructureMartin Morfin has joined the firm’s Midwest division, Excel Utility Contractors, as EVP, president. Morfin joins Excel from Jackson Infrastructure Services, where he most recently served as COO. Prior to that, Morfin served in numerous roles in the industry – from labourer, foreman and controller, to division manager, estimator and VP of operations. Morfin is stepping into the role previously held by Keith Record who is being promoted to EVP, business development at Revive Infrastructure. In Record’s new role, he will have responsibility for business development across the entire company, with a particular focus on new customer acquisition.

Keepmoat – The UK housebuilder has appointed Lynton Dudgeon sales director. Dudgeon, who brings 28 years of industry experience, will join the team based in Speke to deliver ambitious growth plans across the North West. In his role, Lynton will provide strategic leadership support and drive forward an ambitious five-year sales plan. He joins the housebuilder with almost three decades of experience, having previously worked at Vistry Group, Barratt & David Wilson Homes and Bovis Homes. 

Rebalance Earth – Ruston Smith has been appointed chair of the board. Smith has more than 40 years in the pension fund and investment industry including experience of chairing large pension funds, asset managers and private market companies.

Golden StarPaweł Moczybroda has been appointed group CFO, while Ewa Dragunajtys has been promoted to head of asset management. Moczybroda has been with Golden Star since 2023, serving as financial controller and deputy CFO. As group CFO, he oversees the financial operations of Golden Star’s entities in Poland, the Netherlands and Germany. With eight years of experience in the financial sector, Paweł previously worked at PwC, where he managed audit projects primarily for companies in the real estate industry. Dragunajtys, who previously served as associate director at Golden Star Group, has been promoted to head of asset management. Dragunajtys brings over 13 years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Golden Star, she was associated with The Tides Property Group and Atal, where she was responsible for the development and leasing of real estate projects. She also worked at Nuvalu as a Property Broker, representing tenants in relocation and renegotiation processes.

King Street Capital Management — Michael Fuller, who most recently led Brookfield’s core-plus strategy in Europe, has joined King Street Capital Management’s European real estate team as managing director. Fuller will be responsible for business development initiatives, asset management and supporting the team in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities across the European real estate market. Fuller worked at Brookfield, where he spent over 11 years, most recently as a managing director from March 2021 to August 2025, and previously as a senior vice president for seven years. He recently led core-plus Europe at Brookfield Property, where he led the build-out of the firm’s European core-plus strategy, as well as deal origination across Continental Europe, Germany and the Nordics for Brookfield’s flagship opportunistic fund series. Prior to his time at Brookfield, Fuller was a principal/investment professional at Apollo Global Management from 2010 to 2014. 

Stream Realty Partners – The US commercial real estate firm has appointed Mark Seale as EVP and Ben Seale as senior associate in its Phoenix office. Seale joins from Avison Young, where he most recently served as principal and market leader. He began his career at Trammell Crow Company. At Stream, Mark will concentrate on advising corporate office occupiers, leveraging his deep transactional expertise across industries such as legal, financial services, and professional services. Previously with Avison Young, Ben brings a fresh, energetic perspective and a background in both residential and commercial real estate. At Stream, his focus will be on delivering value-driven, tailored solutions for industrial and office occupiers throughout the Valley. 

StockbridgeLaura Spicciatie has joined the firm’s private wealth team as VP, senior national account manager. In this role, Spicciatie will be responsible for managing Stockbridge’s national account relationships and operations across wirehouse, banks, and RIA aggregators. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Spicciatie served as director and national account manager at UBS Asset Management.

Newmark PolskaTomasz Chojnacki has been appointed regional director for Southern Poland. Chojnacki’s key responsibilities include representing office tenants during relocations and lease renegotiations. Prior to joining Newmark Polska, Chojnacki served as director of the office tenant representation team in Katowice, head of the Silesian region, and deputy head of the office sector at CBRE Poland, where he provided comprehensive services for both local and international clients. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for commercial property management in Upper Silesia. 

GEAPPThe Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet has appointed Carol Koech as its new VP for Africa. She most recently served as strategy director for sustainability and thought leadership at Schneider Electric. Prior to that, Koech was Schneider Electric’s country president for East Africa.  

Westbridge AdvisoryChristian Ulbrich has been appointed chair of the firm’s advisory board. Ulbrich is the global CEO and president of JLL. Ulbrich has been at the helm of JLL for almost ten years. He is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council and its Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders. He has previously served on a number of supervisory and advisory boards.
