Tilburg rejects megamall
Residents of Tilburg in the southern Netherlands have rejected a proposal to develop a megamall between the city and nearby Waalwijk. A recent poll revealed that 53% was opposed to the development, with 46% in favour. Turnout totalled 35.8%.

Dublin office market sees biggest deal in 2009
Adviser Knight Frank has secured the biggest office leasing deal in Dublin so far this year at the new Chase office development in Sandyford. US-based ServiceSource International will lease 3,716 m[sup]2[/sup] on the second and third floor of the building, Knight Frank said in a press release.
