Pan-European property investor VastNed Offices/Industrial has said that international wind energy Vestas company is taking 2,850 m[sup]2[/sup] at a building in the Dutch city of Arnhem on a 7½-year lease. Vestas will use the entire first floor of the building at Mr. E.N. van Kleffenstraat 10 as its Benelux headquarters. Vastned said the lease of the office space and 70 parking spaces was agreed at market conditions.

Vastned also announced that consultancy firm Grant Thornton renewed a lease at the Schipholweg 68 office building in the Dutch city of Leiden. The new 10-year lease comprises 1,550 m2 plus 28 parking spaces, and was concluded at market conditions.
