Adviser Knight Frank has secured the biggest office leasing deal in Dublin so far this year at the new Chase office development in Sandyford. US-based ServiceSource International will lease 3,716 m2 on the second and third floor of the building, Knight Frank said in a press release.

The deal was sealed for 'a competitive' rent on a nine-year 11-month lease from September 2009, with a break option at the end of year six. It also includes a full turnkey package. The deal includes parking space for 36 cars.

Property consultants HT Meagher O’Reilly advised on the letting of the landmark new development together with CBRE on behalf of the landlord, The Chase Arkle, a joint venture between entrepreneurs Derek O'Leary, Reg Tuthill and AIB Private Banking.

The deal marks the first letting of space at The Chase, which has nine floors offering office space from 721m2 to 16,300 m2 and 242 underground parking spaces. Its high-spec fit-out incorporates the latest in environmental technologies.
