PIMCO, Pradera, LaSalle Investment Management, Target Advisers
PIMCO – Paul Vosper has left Morgan Stanley to join PIMCO as executive vice president. Vosper was co-head and chief operating officer at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, having joined the firm in 2012. He left the role late last year. Prior to that, Vosper was managing director and head of EMEA client relations for RREEF. He is based in PIMCO’s New York office.
Pradera – The specialist retail property fund manager has hired Andrew Payne as finance director for the funds business. Payne was previously at Deloitte Corporate Finance and advised Pradera on its first fund. For the last seven years he has worked in the Middle East for a local bank and fund manager.
LaSalle Investment Management – Elysia Tse has been named head of research and strategy for Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Tse will report to Mark Gabbay, Asia Pacific chief executive. Tse was previously a member of LaSalle’s Americas research and strategy group between 2002 and 2005. Prior to returning to LaSalle, she was head of research and strategy for real estate Asia Pacific at JP Morgan Asset Management. She has also worked for Aviva before its Asia Pacific direct real estate platform was acquired by JP Morgan Asset Management. She has also held roles at Citigroup Property Investors and BlackRock Real Estate Equity in New York.
Target Advisers – Tim Kay has been named investment director. Kay has worked for PwC, Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group’s real estate debt restructuring team. He joins from Scottish Widow’s long term commercial real estate debt proposition.
