CORPUS SIREO, KGAL, Savills IM, CBRE Global Investors, Société Foncière Lyonnaise, Knight Frank, Helical Bar, Cushman & Wakefield
Corpus Sireo – Bernhard Berg is taking over from Ralph Günther as CEO. Berg joins from Hannover Leasing and will also be the new maangement spokesman for Corpus Sireo. Ingo Hartlief, COO, has been appointed deputy spokesman. Günther will become chairman of the supervisory board.
KGAL – Douglas Edwards has been named head of international institutional business at KGAL Capital. Edwards, previously managing director of Corpus Sireo, joined KGAL Capital this month to manage its international sales division.
Savills Investment Management – Neil Varnham and Richard Gore have joined as exuective directors. Varnham was previously a managing director at retail property fund manager Pradera. Gore has worked for Pradera, Block Holdings and Capital & Regional.
CBRE Global Investors – Dave Morrison has been named president of the firm’s US managed accounts group. Danny Queenan, chief operating officer of CBRE Global Investors, will take over Morrison’s current corporate strategy responsibilities. Morrison, who joined the firm in 2011, will continue to serve as head of strategy and research for the Americas. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Morrison served as co-chief executive of the Prime Property Fund and was global head of real estate strategy for Morgan Stanley Real Estate.
Société Foncière Lyonnaise – Pierre-Yves Bonnaud has joined the management committee as director of asset management and client management. Bonnaud began his career with CBRE Global Investors as a financial analyst and asset manager, before joining Mercialys in 2006. He moved to Immobilière Casino in 2011, before returning to Mercialys in 2014 as asset management and enhancement director.
Knight Frank – Humphrey White has been named managing director in Spain. He will replace Alberto Prieto, who is leaving after 20 years at the company and five as managing director. Prieto will continue to advise the firm, with White’s appointment effective from 30 April. White joined Knight Frank in 2000 and since 2012 has headed the capital markets and offices division.
Helical Bar – Sophie Smith has been appointed as asset management executive. Smith joins Helical Bar from Pembroke where she was an asset management analyst. She has also worked at Strutt & Parker.
Cushman & Wakefield – Paul Brouwers has been named partner in the EMEA global occupier services team. Brouwers, who previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield between 1997 and 2010, began his real estate career in Kansas City in 1994. Paul’s initial stint with Cushman & Wakefield was based predominantly in Brussels but also featured spells in Istanbul and Amsterdam. Brouwers joins from Johnson Controls.
