IFM Investors – Rich Randall has been named global head of debt investments. Randall was previously executive director of debt investments since joining IFM Investors in 2013. He replaces Robin Miller, who will semi-retire from IFM Investors after 17 years with the company. Miller will remain with IFM Investors and will take on the role of senior advisor and investment committee chair. Randall will oversee the sourcing of infrastructure debt investments and will be based in New York.

BlackRock– Grégory Benhamou has joined the firm in London as a director of real estate. Benhamou was previously at Valad Europe, having joined the firm in 2013 as head of investor relations. He has also worked for GE Capital Real Estate.

Aviva Investors – Florian de Chaisemartin has been appointed as a director in the firm’s London-based infrastructure debt team. He joins from Legal & General Investment Management, where he was senior Investment manager. He has also held infrastructure finance roles with DEPFA Bank and Standard and Poor’s.

Schroder Real Estate – Eva Granlund has joined as head of Nordic investment in Stockholm. Granlund was previously at Vasakronan. She has also worked for SEB Merchant Banking and UBS Global Asset Management.

Legal & General Investment Management – Ben Rodgers has been appointed senior development manager in real assets. Rodgers joins from U+I Group where he was projects director. He has also worked for the Terrace Hill Group.

DIC Asset – Rainer Pillmayer, chief operating officer of DIC Asset, is leaving by mutual consent at the end of this month. Aydin Karaduman, chief executive, will take on the role of chief operating officer. Pillmayer joined DIC Asset 2008. Johannes von Mutius, responsible for the sales division, will manage buying and selling activities in the investment division in the role of chief investment officer. Ralph Andermann has been appointed managing director for DIC Asset’s fund business.

Charter Hall – Sean McMahon has been named chief investment officer of the Australian firm. He previously held the same role at Frasers Property Australia.

FORE Partnership – Elliot Blatt has been appointed as an investment analyst in the UK. Blatt joins from InfraRed Capital Partners, where he worked in the real estate acquisitions team appraising investments.

Atrium European Real Estate – Scott Abbey has been named group head of leasing. Abbey joins from the European subsidiary of Asics where he was head of retail development. Between 2010 and 2013, he worked for global footwear retailer Foot Locker, having also worked for Unibail-Rodamco.

JC Rathbone – Adrian Bell and Henrietta Podd from Canaccord Genuity have joined JCRA as directors. Bell and Podd joined with the acquisition by JCRA of Canaccord Genuity’s social housing and bond advisory business.

BUWOG – Daniel Riedl, chief executive, has had his contract extended for another five years to 2021.
