Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate – Mike Pegler has been recruited as head of European asset management from Blackstone. Pegler spent 10 years at Blackstone and oversaw the management of its Logicor business and UK core-plus office portfolio. Prior to Blackstone, Pegler worked at Deloitte.
Kames Capital – Jim Hartley has been appointed as a senior asset manager for the firm’s UK Active Value Close Ended Fund. Hartley joins Kames from Tilfen Land where he was an asset manager. He has also worked at ING Real Estate Investment Management.
Savills – Björn Kunde has been named head of debt advisory in Germany. Kunde, who joined last month, will be based in Berlin. He joins from Deloitte & Touche and has also worked for HSH Nordbank.
Portcullis Asset Management – David Barry has joiend the board and as chief executive. Barry joins Portcullis from TMF Custom House Group where he was head of Sales and business development.
CR Investment Management – John Nacos and Michael Stanton have joined the firm’s board. Nacos has held various positions at Deutsche Bank. Prior to this, he worked at Merrill Lynch. Stanton has held positions at GLS Capital, Oppenheimer & Company and Westpac Banking Corporation in New York.
St Bride’s Managers – Dominic Hammond has left the firm. Hammond joined the London-based in 2011 from Corham Capital to develop business in North America and global real estate securities.
