Savills Investment Management – Will Johnson and Ataru Hayashi have been appointed as associate directors in Japan. Hayashi joins from BlackRock Japan and has also worked an investment banker at Mizuho Securities as well as at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. Johnson was previously head of research and consultancy at Savills Japan.
JP Morgan Asset Management – Adam Pillay has been appointed as a real estate Asia Pacific platform specialist. Pillay is responsible for advising institutional investors on Asia Pacific real estate investing from New York. Pillay was most recently at CIM. He has also worked as vice president within the real estate private capital markets group at Macquarie.
Legal & General Property – Richard Poyser has been appointed leasing manager for the firm’s Bracknell Town Centre scheme. Poyser, who joins next month from Argent, has also worked for Hammerson. Mike Powell has been appointed residential transactions manager He joins from Barratt Homes where he was a land manager.
Delin Capital Asset Management – Andy Colman joins the company as finance director, a role he previously held at Aerium Finance. Delin Capital has also hired Jonathan Gardner, who most recently oversaw a portfolio of 300 assets on behalf of Mapeley Estates.
The Royal Exchange – Helene Guichoux has been appointed general manager from next month. Guichoux, who previously worked at Candy & Candy private residences, will manage day-to-day retail operations.
