TH Real Estate, Allianz Real Estate, Venn Partners, LBO France
TH Real Estate – James Darkins is retiring as CEO. He will remain with the business until the end of the year, but will step down from the top job at the end of August. Mike Sales, currently managing director for Europe, will take over as head of TH Real Estate. Darkins and Sales have worked for the business – previously the real estate arm of Henderson Global Investors – for 17 and 21 years, respectively.
Allianz Real Estate – Barbara Koreniouguine has been appointed CEO of Allianz Real Estate France. From September, she will lead the insurer’s real estate activities in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Koreniouguine was most recently deputy CEO at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Venn Partners – Roger Bright, a former CEO of The Crown Estate, has been appointed chairman of Venn Partners’ private-rented sector (PRS) subsidiary, PRS Operations. The operating company was created after Venn Partners was appointed delivery partner to the UK government’s Private Rented Sector Housing Guarantee Scheme.
LBO France – The head of real estate Stéphanie Casciola has become a member of the executive board as LBO France seeks to boost its activities in the asset class. Dominique Dudan, most recently chairman of Union Investment Real Estate France, has joined as senior adviser for the real estate business.
