CNM EstatesNatale Giostra has joined the London firm as head of treasury and capital markets. Giostra will be responsible for the negotiation and structuring of secured and unsecured financing and joint venture partnerships. Giostra was head of real estate finance at Gatehouse Bank. He has also held head loan origination positions at CBRE.

British Property FederationChris Taylor, chief executive of Hermes Real Estate, has been named president. Taylor succeeds Legal & General’s Bill Hughes. The BPF has appointed Paul Brundage, senior managing director at Oxford Properties, as its new junior vice president. Brundage will take over from SEGRO’s David Sleath, now BPF’s vice president. 

Cornerstone Real Estate AdvisersMichal Kapusta and Jo Warren have been appointed to its research team. Kapusta will be based in Munich and Warren in London. Kapusta joins from GLL Real Estate Partners while Warren, joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate.

BNY MellonNed Siegel has been appointed senior sales executive for private equity and real estate fund services in the US. Siegel joins from State Street. 

Legal & General Property – Three asset managers have been appointed for the firm’s UK Property Fund. Alex Waterworth and Andrew Mercer join as senior asset managers from JLL and Catella. Peter McNamara joins as an asset manager from Colliers.

Tullett Prebon Alternative InvestmentsMichael McKell has joined as head of real estate secondaries to trade open-ended and specialist real estate funds. McKell was a secondary market broker at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance.
