Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers – JD Sitton is taking over from Graham Bond, global head of business development, who is retiring after seven years at Cornerstone. Sitton, managing director in the global real assets group of JP Morgan Asset Management, will assume the role on 30 August.
TH Real Estate – The team managing the European Outlet Mall Fund has been expanded with the appointment of Mike Blackmore and Andrea Faccio as portfolio managers. Blackmore joins from CBRE’s international team. Faccio joins the London office having previously worked in Milan for the past five years, managing Italian assets owned by TH Real Estate’s European Retail Property Fund.
Real IS – The investment team has been expanded to manage a new business line developing institutional products and investing in new markets, including Eastern Europe, the Nordics and North America. The new division will be led by Christoph Wendl and joined by Gregor John von Freyend and Jörn Tepel. All three previously served as project managers in the foreign real estate division.
Corpus Sireo – Hans Stuckart and Tim Brückner have joined the Luxembourg-based investment management division. They will take over from Christian Schütz who is leaving this month. Stuckart, who has been a senior fund manager at Corpus Sireo since 2011, will be responsible for portfolio and asset management. Brückner, previously client group leader of financial institutions at Corpus Sireo Asset Management Commercial in Heusenstamm, will be responsible for expanding sales and developing new investment vehicles.
JLL – Benoît du Passage will become CEO for Southern Europe and the Maghreb. Charles Boudet will succeed him as managing director for France. Boudet spent the past 10 years as managing director in the Moscow office.
