Government Pension Investment FundKijima Kozo has been appointed as head of real estate, where he will oversee the pension fund’s property investment strategy. Kozo transitions within the organisation from his previous role as co-head of real estate and senior director, having initially joined the fund in 2018 as a director in the real estate and alternative investment team. He previously served as a senior manager at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, where he focused on cross-border real estate investment advisory, and held the role of director at Société Générale in Singapore. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, he also held vice president positions at Morgan Stanley and Crédit Agricole CIB, following an early career role as an associate at Sojitz Corporation.

PatriziaTsukasa Sekizaki has been appointed as representative director and CEO of Patrizia Japan to lead the next phase of the firm’s growth in one of the most important markets in Asia-Pacific. Sekizaki joins from Eastspring Investments Japan, where he served as president and CEO, and previously held the role of president and CEO at Deutsche Asset Management Japan, where he led the business for more than a decade. With over 30 years of experience, he also spent several years in senior positions at Fidelity Investments Japan, Lehman Brothers Japan and Merrill Lynch Japan, where he established a career spanning investment management and fund distribution. In his new role, he will support Patrizia’s target of expanding its investment platform in the country over the long term, focusing on scaling its living platform and driving expansion across a broader range of sectors including value-add commercial real estate.

Antin Infrastructure PartnersFrancisco Cabeza and Maximilian Lindner have been promoted to senior partners to reinforce the London office’s leadership team as the firm enters a new fundraising cycle. Cabeza, who joined the firm in 2022, previously served as partner at Antin Infrastructure Partners after positions at Goldman Sachs, DWS Infrastructure and ACS Iridium Infrastructure, while Lindner, with the firm since 2013, transitions from his role as partner at Antin Infrastructure Partners having previously worked at Macquarie and Oakley Capital. In their new roles, they will support the firm’s target of continuing to scale its platform, focusing on transaction origination and asset management through the investment cycle.  

Colt Data Centre ServicesDavid Burton has been appointed as chief information officer to lead the organisation’s technology vision and deliver secure, scalable and future-ready digital platforms to support continued growth. Burton joins from Global Switch Data Centres, where he served as group director of information, and previously held various technology leadership roles where he drove large-scale digital transformation programmes across diverse sectors including cloud computing, virtualisation, and global IT service management. With over 25 years of experience, he also spent several years managing global technology and security teams. In his new role, he will support Colt Data Centre Services’ target of scaling and evolving its global portfolio of 15 operational data centres and 12 development sites, focusing on leading the global technology and security teams as the firm expands its AI-ready hyperscale and enterprise platform.

PanattoniSharad Gohil has been appointed as CEO and managing director of Panattoni India to lead the next phase of expansion in India. Gohil joins from IndoSpace Capital Asia, where he served as CEO, and previously held senior investment and asset management roles at Apollo Global Management, Citigroup Property Investors and AXA Real Estate Investment Managers. With over 25 years of experience, he also spent several years working across India, Asia Pacific and Europe, where he established a track record of completing transactions across the industrial, logistics, office, residential, retail and hospitality sectors. In his new role, he will support Panattoni’s target of accelerating its long-term growth ambitions across India’s industrial, logistics and digital infrastructure sectors, focusing on expanding the development pipeline across major industrial corridors and pursuing opportunities in digital infrastructure including data centres.

BNP Paribas Real EstateRebecca Shafran has been appointed as head of commercial research to lead the firm’s commercial research offering. Shafran joins from within the firm, where she previously served as a senior research lead since 2019, overseeing research capabilities across alternative sectors including student accommodation, hotels, healthcare, care homes and retirement living. In her new role, she will support BNP Paribas Real Estate’s target of enhancing the quality and impact of its commercial research offering, focusing on supporting its advisory, professional services, and property management business lines.

Strutt & ParkerJason Beedell has been appointed as head of residential and rural research to lead the firm’s residential and rural research function. Beedell joins from within the firm, where he previously served as a rural research lead since 2016, overseeing authoritative analysis on the factors shaping the rural economy and property markets. In his new role, he will support Strutt & Parker’s target of providing analysis and thought leadership, focusing on helping clients understand the challenges and opportunities shaping the residential and rural property markets.

Arrow Capital PartnersMartijn Vos has been appointed as senior asset manager to lead the firm’s strategic ambitions and active portfolio management in the Dutch market. Vos joins the Amsterdam office, where he will report to Martien van Deursen, partner and head of Germany & Benelux. In his new role, he will support Arrow Capital Partners’ target of driving performance and enhancing asset quality, focusing on expanding the firm’s local asset management capabilities and identifying strategic logistics development sites for acquisition throughout Europe. 

Sigrid Mirus has been appointed as head of construction, Germany to lead the origination and delivery of logistics developments across the country. Mirus joins from Prologis, where she served as head of development management for Germany, and previously held the role of construction lead at DHL. In her new role, she will support the firm’s target of expanding its German development pipeline, focusing on overseeing projects from land acquisition through to completion and deploying committed development capital across the region.  

Walker & DunlopFrank Cassidy has been appointed as a senior managing director to lead its advisory efforts on federal housing administration and government-sponsored enterprise financing strategies. Cassidy joins Walker & Dunlop from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, where he served as commissioner of the federal housing administration and assistant secretary for housing, overseeing single-family, multifamily and healthcare mortgage insurance portfolio. He previously held the role of federal housing administration lending platform contributor at Walker & Dunlop prior to joining the department of housing and urban development in April 2025. In his new role, he will support Walker & Dunlop’s target of addressing the nation’s housing supply and affordability challenges, focusing on helping clients navigate a changing policy and capital markets environment.  

Urban Land Institute EuropeLouis Lallouette has been appointed as chair of the ULI Europe Young Leaders Group to lead the network’s mission of connecting, inspiring and guiding the next generation of real estate professionals across Europe. Lallouette joins from Greystar, where he has worked across the UK investments team since 2022 and transitioned to EMEA capital raising in January 2026, and previously held the role of international development professional at Adagio Aparthotels. In his new role, he will support Urban Land Institute Europe’s target of building on its nearly 2,000-member community, focusing on bridging career transitions, fostering collective intelligence and expanding initiatives like the newly established Young Leaders Lab.

The Hill GroupClaire Studdart has been appointed as head of affordable housing to lead the firm’s affordable housing strategy and work closely with Registered Providers to deliver homes under Section 106 agreements. Studdart joins from Cala Group, where she served as affordable housing transactions manager overseeing the sale of affordable homes across more than 80 sites, and previously held frontline housing roles at local authorities. In her new role, she will support The Hill Group’s target of strengthening its partnerships with housing associations and public sector organisations, focusing on delivering affordable homes.
