Savills Investment Management – Michael Neal has been appointed as interim CEO, effective 1 July 2026, as Alex Jeffrey transitions to senior advisor after a seven-year tenure as CEO. Neal will continue with his global CIO responsibilities and lead the leadership transition, having joined the business in January 2025 from Nuveen, where he served as CIO and head of funds management. With over 30 years of experience in global real estate, he has built strong relationships across the company and the wider Savills Group. In his new role as senior advisor, Jeffrey will focus on senior client relationships and strategic expansion initiatives, having previously overseen a 40% growth in assets under management during his leadership. Alex Griffiths has been appointed as head of client capital, where she will join the business in September. Griffiths joins from AEW Europe, where she served as managing director and head of investor relations. With almost 13 years of experience at AEW Europe, she led the capital raising and client relationship management functions, helping raise capital for funds, separate accounts, co-investments and joint ventures. In her new role, she will support Savills IM’s target of expanding its global institutional investor relationships, focusing on building on the platform’s globally integrated real estate investment and real estate debt capabilities.
Paref – Takuya Yamada has been appointed as interim chairman and CEO, effective immediately, as Antoine Castro steps down from the position and all mandates within the group. Yamada will lead the leadership transition, having joined the group’s board of directors in 2024. He joins from Fosun, where he currently serves as global head of Fosun Hive overseas operations, and previously held the role of managing director at Invesco Global Real Estate. With more than 30 years of experience, he also spent several years at Sumitomo Trust and Banking Co and AIG’s global real estate business. In his new role, he will support Paref’s target of delivering sustainable real estate performance, focusing on addressing the group’s strategic challenges across its European investment and management platform.
CyrusOne – Bob Hennegan has been appointed as senior vice president of US operations to lead the company’s operational performance, reliability and scalability across its expanding data centre portfolio. Hennegan joins from Meta, where he served as vice president for global data centre facility operations. He previously held the role of rear admiral in the US Navy, leading large, complex organisations where operational discipline was essential to success. In his new role, he will support CyrusOne’s target of scaling its platform and executing complex operations.
Cushman & Wakefield – Stephanie Greene has been appointed as chief sustainability officer and global head of sustainability services, where she will lead the firm’s global sustainability strategy and consulting platform, partnering with occupiers and investors to enhance operational performance, resilience and long-term value across real estate portfolios. Greene joins from CBRE, where she served as global head of sustainability advisory, and previously held the role of senior leader at the Rocky Mountain Institute and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. With over two decades of experience, she also spent several years focusing on innovation, large-scale systems transformation, decarbonisation and advisory services. In her new role, she will support Cushman & Wakefield’s target of viewing sustainability as a strategic priority for both its business and its clients globally, focusing on advancing the firm’s environmental performance and impact.
Norris McLaughlin PA – Tara Martin has been appointed as a member in the New York office in the real estate and finance practice group, where she will focus her practice on commercial real estate financings and real estate finance transactions, representing institutional lenders and private equity funds in complex financing matters. Martin joins from her previous leadership roles where she managed firm operations, including client compliance protocols. With over 25 years of experience, she has established a track record in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing senior mortgage, mezzanine, construction and preferred equity financings secured by commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family assets. In her new role, she will support Norris McLaughlin PA’s target of delivering legal solutions to clients wherever they conduct their business, focusing on providing strategic, business-focused counsel from initial term sheet through post-closing administration.
PROACTIVE Real Estate – Rick Winner has been appointed as a real estate professional for the growing team of coastal experts, where he will oversee residential coastal properties, luxury beachfront rental properties and commercial investments. Winner joins from his previous roles in the Brunswick County market, where he served as an industry leader, and previously held the role of real estate professional at the Supply/Holden Beach market. With over 27 years of experience, he also spent several years at the local market. In his new role, he will support PROACTIVE Real Estate‘s target of elevating the service level provided to the public in coastal communities.
Dorsey & Whitney – Alexis Olsen has been appointed as of counsel in the real estate group in Phoenix, where she will focus her practice on large-scale residential, mixed-use and multi-asset development projects as well as multi-state commercial leasing transactions. Olsen joins from Squire Patton Boggs, where she served as an attorney. With several years of experience, she has established a track record in structuring co-investment arrangements that drive capital deployment into housing subdivisions nationwide and representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. In her new role, she will support Dorsey & Whitney’s target of serving clients throughout Arizona and supporting their real estate transactions and objectives across the country, focusing on growing the national practice and delivering top-tier service.
Pam Harrington Exclusives – Jenny Bernard has been appointed as an island specialist to lead the brokerage’s service for buyers and sellers across Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and Johns Island. Bernard joins from a master-planned waterfront community on Johns Island, where she served as a sales associate, and previously held the role of luxury market agent across Charleston and Mount Pleasant. With four decades of personal ties to Kiawah Island, she also spent several years growing up around master-planned developments and private club communities. In her new role, she will support Pam Harrington Exclusives’ target of strengthening its independent luxury real estate presence and serving clients across the Lowcountry coast.
Keepmoat – Ben Brigg has been appointed as director of construction for the South Midlands region, where he will lead planning, coordination and delivery across a series of developments throughout the region. Brigg joins from Tilia Homes and Taylor Wimpey, where he served in senior construction roles. With over 25 years of experience, he will oversee the entire construction process spanning Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Cambridgeshire. Sally Clifford has been appointed as commercial director for the South Midlands region, where she will spearhead commercial strategy, financial performance and cost management. Clifford joins from Redrow Homes, where she served as a commercial expert. With 20 years of experience across residential housebuilding, she will oversee budgets, procurement and contractual processes across the region. In her new role, she will support Keepmoat’s target of strengthening the region, focusing on accelerating growth and investment. Byran O’Mahoney has been appointed as director of land and partnerships for the South Midlands region, where he will identify opportunities, accelerate growth and support the delivery of much-needed new homes. O’Mahoney joins from Persimmon Homes and Redrow Homes, where he served as land director, area manager and land buyer. With more than 26 years of experience, he will work with local authorities, partners and stakeholders to shape a pipeline of developments.
Quarterra – Jordan Calaguire has been appointed as chief investment officer, where he will lead Quarterra’s overall investment strategy, capital formation and allocation activities, investor relations and portfolio performance. Calaguire joins from Kasa, where he served as CIO and development officer, and previously held the role of principal at Walton Street Capital. With over 20 years of experience, he also spent several years at Walton Street Capital, where he was directly responsible for real estate acquisitions, developments, lending and recapitalisations. In his new role, he will support Quarterra’s target of delivering differentiated capital solutions through the development of multifamily housing nationwide, focusing on executing the existing pipeline.
