TH Real Estate has hired Jeroen Winkelman as managing director for its EMEA client capital group.

Winkelman will next month join TH Real Estate’s London office from Bouwinvest where he spent over 10 years, most recently as a regional manager for Europe within the international real estate investment team.

Sharpe said: “With over 30 years’ real estate experience, Jeroen is a senior real estate professional with extensive international experience across real estate investment, consultancy and fund management.

“He sat on both the Bouwinvest Global Investment Committee, advising on all of the firm’s direct and indirect real estate investments and dispositions, in addition to several investor advisory boards and committees on behalf of Bouwinvest’s investment Funds.”

In the US, the firm recently hired James Murphy from Prudential as a managing director of client capital.
