People moves: Savidge leaves CBRE GIP for Henley Investments role

Henley Investments – Stuart Savidge has been named chief financial officer. The private equity real estate investor said Savidge was previously chief financial officer and chief operating officer at CBRE Global Investment Partners. Savidge has also wortked for Prestbury, JP Morgan, Apollo and Morgan Stanley. Andy Brandon, currently CFO at Henley, will now assume the role of chief investment officer.

IC Immobilien Group – Christian Tannert has joined IC Immobilien Group’s asset management team as senior asset manager. Tannert joins from GE Real Estate in Frankfurt, where he was a senior asset manager for debt. He has also worked for Royal Bank of Scotland and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Brunswick Real Estate – Göran Cöster has been appointed to the board of the firm’s debt financing arm Leimdörfer Real Estate Capital. Cöster joins from Nordic bank SEB.

Kames Capital – Ian Gatiss has been appointed as an asset manager within the firm’s direct property team in London. Gatiss joins Kames from GE Capital Real Estate where he was head of equity asset management UK. Before joining GE Capital Real Estate in 2003, Gatiss was associate director, fund management at BNP Paribas. He has also worked at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung.

Savills Investment Management – Matthias Reiss has been appointed team manager for investor relations in Germany. Reiss, responsible for servicing existing German-speaking investors, was a senior relationship manager at BNY Mellon Service.

NAI apollo – Björn Fraeb has been named head of business development in Germany. Fraeb has previously held senior positions at Bank of Scotland Corporate (LBG).

Irwin Mitchell – Tom Farrell and Harleen Kandola have been recruited for the law firm’s London office. Farrell joins from DLA Piper in London, while Kandola has joined from Herbert Smith Freehills.

Gatehouse Bank – Trevor Homes has been appointed as head of real estate finance. Homes, who was previously at ICG-Longbow, will manage senior lending in the UK and Continental Europe.

Patrizia Immobilien – Marcel Mulder has been appointed senior transaction manager in the Netherlands. Mulder joins from Bouwfonds Investment Management. Vincent Warrink has been appointed business manager in the Netherlands. Warrink joins from Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.
