AMP CapitalCarmel Hourigan will take over from Adam Tindall as global head of property in November. Hourigan has left GPT Group, where she was CIO. Tindall is stepping up as managing director at AMP Capital when Stephen Dunne retires in October.

M&G Real EstatePaul Crosbie has left Rockspring to lead M&G Real Estate’s logistics and industrials team. Crosbie was a fund manager at Rockspring.

Thor Equities – Ara Adjennian has left TH Real Estate where he was retail director in France to join Thor. Adjennian has been appointed executive director for European investments and will lead the Paris office.

Gravis Capital PartnersNicholas Barker has been appointed co-lead fund manager for GCP Student Living. He was head of alternative real estate at Schroder Real Estate Investment Management.

NiamVictor Wettergren has been hired to manage Niam’s Core-Plus I fund. Wettergren was head of transactions and analysis and Niam funds’ key account manager at Newsec Asset Management. Gustav Thörnqvist and Ola Kolmert have been hired as project developers, while Erika Sydow has been appointed associate director in the acquisitions team. Susanne Christensen has been recruited as an associate director in the Copenhagen office.

CBREDarren Krakowiak, national director and head of markets at JLL in Korea, is moving to CBRE. He will become a managing director in CBRE’s Korea office.
