Bouwfonds Investment Management – John van Haaren has been made temporary head of asset management for commercial real estate at Bouwfonds. He succeeds Edwin van de Woestijne who is leaving to join ASR Vastgoed Vermogensbeheer. Until March, Van Haaren was Benelux director at Unibail-Rodamco.
CBRE Global Investors – CBRE’s CEO for Asia-Pacific Daniel Queenan is relocating to the US to become COO of its real estate investment management arm. Queenan will report to Matt Khourie, CEO of CBRE Global Investors.
CBRE – Steven Swerdlow, president of CBRE’s US Western Division, is now also CEO for Asia-Pacific, replacing Daniel Queenan. Yvonne Siew has been appointed to the newly created role of executive director for international capital in China. Siew joins after 10 years as a director at Citi Private Bank.
Corpus Sireo – Karsten Burbach has been appointed managing director of the retail asset management arm, replacing Thorsten Pier who leaves at the end of the month. Together with COO Ingo Hartlief, Burbach will be responsible for acquisition, investment, asset and porfolio management. Burbach joins from CBRE.
