Aviva Investors – John Osborn has been hired from AXA Real Estate to manage the Aviva Linked Property Fund. Osborn takes over the lead manager from Mike Luscombe who recently became lead manager of the Aviva Investors Property Trust. Osborn was senior fund manager at AXA Real Estate, reponsible for the management of the AXA UK Long Lease Property Fund and two other mandates.
Corestate Capital – The Switzerland-based real estate investment manager has restructured its executive committee and appointed Sascha Wilhelm as its CEO. Wilhelm has been managing director of Corestate Capital Advisors in Frankfurt since 2012. Previous CEO Phillip Burns left the company in 2013.
Brunswick Real Estate – The Nordic real estate investment company has opened an office in London and appointed Martin Wiwen-Nilsson to its group management committee. Wiwen-Nilsson was a partner at Goldman Sachs in charge of sales and structuring in Asia Pacific and EMA for its global commodity business.
Cording Real Estate Group – Rodney Bysh has been made joint CEO alongside Peter Dove two years after joining the company. In 2013, Cording merged with Feldberg Capital, at which Bysh was CEO.
Mitiska REIM – Alexandre Levinski and David Tejml have joined as head of France and head of CEE, respectively. Levinski has also been appointed head of transactions, overlooking investments across European jurisdictions. He was most recently legal and operational director at Buelens, and founder and president of Reach Investment & Management. Tejml, who was CEO for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at Saller Group for more than seven years, replaces Karel De Bondt who left to join Induver Antwerpen.
CBRE – Dennis Yeo has been appointed regional head, industrial and logistics services as part of CBRE’s plans to build its industrial and logistics platform. Yeo was most recenly managing director at Colliers in Singapore.
