People moves: Reiskin takes senior MD role at Round Hill Capital

Round Hill Capital – Rob Reiskin has joined as a senior managing director, a member of the executive and investment committees and head of the US. Reiskin was from 2011 until recently co-head of Europe and an equity partner at Heitman. Prior to that, he was head of investments at AEW Europe/Curzon Global Partners for almost 11 years.

Macquarie Infrastructure Debt Investment Solutions – Ariel Jankelson has been named senior vice-president in New York. Jankelson most recently worked for more than 10 years in Macquarie Capital’s project and infrastructure financing team. He will be joined in New York City by Sunil Malhotra, a senior associate who relocates from London.

CA Immobilien – Florian Nowotny has resigned as CFO, and Hans Volkert Volckens has taken over the role. Volkert Volckens has become a member of the executive board.

DIC Asset – Achim Gräfen is to be appointed managing director of the DIC Fund Balance subsidiary. Andre Zahlten will be appointed head of corporate communications and marketing. Rutger Kaeding and Judith Kederer will fill the positions of DIC’s head of corporate finance and head of human resources, respectively. Gräfen will share the managing director role with Ralph Andermann, who assumed the newly created position in April. Gräfen led the third-party business for real estate funds at AXA Investment Managers in Germany for a decade. In his most recent position, he served as managing director for RealSecur. Zahlten has worked as head of corporate communications and marketing at Bilfinger Real Estate since 2006. Kaeding, who will take over from Markus Schürmann as head of corporate finance, spent nine years at Barclays in Frankfurt as director of real estate. Kederer will replace Birgit Rüdiger as head of human resources.  

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank – Fabien Knyf has joined the bank’s loan markets team in Paris. He will focus on the syndication of real estate and public sector finance transactions arranged by PBB and on the acquisition of loans arranged by other institutions in Continental Europe. Knyf has previously worked at BNP Paribas and ACOFI.

Reiss & Co Real Estate München – The property developer is opening a new office in Berlin, headed by Wolfgang Brost. Before joining Reiss & Co, he headed the Berlin office of OFB Projektentwicklung, a Helaba property group company.
