AFIAA Swiss Foundatioin for International Real Estate Investments, Gothaer Asset Management, Delancey, Rockspring, Hines, Legal & General Investment Management, Savills
AFIAA – Ingo Bofinger will assume the position of CEO at the AFIAA Swiss Foundation for International Real Estate Investments. Bofinger worked for Gothaer Asset Management since 2006. He also spent six years as a fund manager at DB Real Estate Management. He will succeed Stephan Kloess, who is filling the post on an interim basis until the end of 2016.
Delancey – John Kehoe has joined as an investment director from Rockspring. He has also worked for Round Hill Capital and Cordea Savills. He began his career as a chartered surveyor at Knight Frank.
Hines – Andreas Schreurs is leaving the at the end of 2016 to take a career break. Schreurs joined Hines in 2005 as a European managing director and was initially responsible for structuring the Hines Pan-European Core Fund (HECF) in 2006.
Legal & General Investment Management – Louis Storrar has been appointed as senior asset manager for LGIM Real Assets’ leisure fund. Storrar previously worked at Savills in London. He was seconded to The Crown Estate to head up property management for its regional portfolio.
