LGIM Real Assets – Katie Davis Maxwell has been recruited from Countrywide as senior asset manager. Davis Maxwell previously managed the assets of the Vista PRS Fund, a dedicated residential property fund by Countrywide and Hermes. Prior to this, she worked for Akelius Residential as an asset manager of its residential portfolio.
Avignon Capital – Patrick Flaton has been appointed as chief financial and operating officer. Flaton will focus on further growth of the company and the implementation of its European expansion strategy. For the past 12 years, he has been working as managing partner and CFOO for several private equity firms.
Prelios – Nicky Wagner has been named director of business development. His main responsibilities will be to raise equity for Prelios’s fund business and acquire new clients in the areas of separate account investment management, as well as real estate services. Wagner has previously worked in the area of funds and investment at Credit Suisse, Schroder Investment Management and Commerz Real.
Turner & Townsend – Tim Cable has been appointed as director for South Africa. Based in Johannesburg, he will be responsible for further strengthening Turner & Townsend’s presence in Africa.
