M&G Real Estate  Jing Dong Lai has been named acquisitions director in Asia. Based in Singapore, Lai will be responsible for real estate acquisition activities. He assumes the role from Chiang Ling Ng, appointed chief executive and CIO for Asia at the beginning of the year. Lai was director and head of investments at Straits Real Estate. In the UK, Freddie Wonnacott has been appointed investment manager, moving from the firm’s UK retail and leisure team. Andrew Cook has been promoted to investment manager.

Timbercreek Asset ManagementBrad Trotter has been named managing director of US and European debt, while Cam Goodnough has been appointed managing director of corporate development. Joining Timbercreek’s New York office, Trotter was a business leader and CFO with GE Capital. Goodnough, who will work out of the firm’s Toronto-based corporate head office, has worked for CIBC Wood Gundy, Merrill Lynch Canada and RBC Capital Markets.

TH Real Estate Olivier Pioch has been named portfolio manager for its French office. Based in Paris, he joins from AEW Europe. Pioch began his career with MSCI-IPD as a real estate performance analyst.

DC Placement AdvisorsSandrine Vergallen has been named director for France and the Benelux. She has 18 years of experience in pan-European real estate with Catella Property Consultants, Aberdeen Asset Management and AXA Real Estate Investment Managers.

SB Real Estate InvestmentsGeorgette Baxter has joined the investment management company as vice-president for client service, focused on developing and managing client and consultant relationships in the East and Midwest. Based at the firm’s Bethesda headquarters, Baxter joins from from BNY Mellon.

Cording Real Estate Group – Mark Millar has been named head of the UK business, while Reiner Beckers has been appointed head of business development. Millar will remain head of investment and be responsible for the UK business. Beckers, previously director of business development for Continental Europe, will join Millar on the board of the group. The appointments follow the departure of deputy chief executive and head of business development, Will Amies.

Capital BayRolf Schneider has been appointed COO. He joins from Conwert Deutschland, where he was responsible for all German business activities of listed Austrian company Conwert Immobilien Invest as managing director.

Knight Frank – Michael Brownsdon has been appointed to run a new capital allowances service. He joins as partner, having previously worked at Savills as a capital allowances associate director.
