Miton GroupBritish Steel’s pension fund manager Jim Wright has been hired for the launch of a global equity infrastructure fund. The fund, subject to regulatory approval, will be launched in the second quarter of next year. Wright has been with British Steel since 2006, managing a £560m (€628m) portfolio investing in global infrastructure stocks. He will join Milton in January next year.

AEW UKDoug Rowlands has been appointed to the manager’s capital raising and client management team from MSCI. He will focus on capital raising for investment in UK real estate from non-domestic investors. He has previously worked with large multinational asset managers and sovereign wealth funds.

Crow Holdings – Michael Levy, previously COO at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, is joining the senior leadership team. Levy will assume his new position at the firm’s Dallas headquarters on 7 November. Levy has held various positions at Morgan Stanley, including head of traditional asset management, CFO and COO for its real estate investing business, and co-head of its real estate investment banking group. He joined in 1998 from Salomon Brothers.

Green Street AdvisorsCraig Leupold and Jim Sullivan have been promoted. Leupold has been promoted to the position of chief executive, following a period as president, while Sullivan has been appointed as president of advisory and consulting, following his time as managing director of Green Street’s Advisory Group since 2014.

TPG Real Estate Finance Trust – Peter Smith will join as managing director and head of originations. Smith most recently served as managing director at Ladder Capital and will join TPG in late November in the New York office. He has previously held senior positions with Credit Suisse, UBS and Heller Financial.

BNP Paribas Real EstateYo-Hann Tan has been named head of BNP Paribas Real Estate Asia Pacific, as chief executive of a newly established office in Hong Kong. Tan remains responsible for all of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s activities across the Asia-Pacific region and reports to Etienne Prongué, head of international investment. Tan joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2013.

Capital Bay Construction & Development – Karsten Stellmach has been appointed as managing director. Stellmach, who will be responsible for all of Capital Bay’s development and construction projects, joins from Vonovia.
