Stockbridge – Paul Kolevsohn has been appointed managing director to lead investment research and strategy. In this newly created role, Kolevsohn will lead the integration of research across the firm, collaborating with investment, portfolio management and client service teams to shape firmwide house views, analyse market and investor trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Kolevsohn joins Stockbridge from Mercer Alternatives, where he served as a partner and head of North American real estate for nearly a decade. Most recently, he held the role of senior US investment director and partner. He was also a voting member of Mercer’s real assets investment committee.
Values Real Estate – Simon Cramer has been appointed to the management board. Cramer will be responsible for asset management, property management and human resources across the group. Cramer has around 20 years of professional experience in the real estate business. During this time, he has opened up the essential value-added areas of the real estate and investment markets. He previously worked as head of investment responsible for the real estate acquisitions of the Generali in Germany. He then built up his own company in the field of real estate portfolio management, renovation of old buildings and acted as an advisor in various market segments. Prior to his appointment to the management of Values Real Estate, Cramer was already active in an advisory capacity on the development of a medical centre fund for the institutional business of Values Real Estate.
SitusAMC – Peter Pasqua has been appointed senior director, head of asset management within the company’s commercial real estate servicing and asset management division. In this role, Pasqua will oversee the firm’s asset management vertical, helping to evolve and enhance the platform’s capabilities to better serve clients across the commercial real estate landscape. Pasqua joined SitusAMC in 2023 as part of the company’s CRE technology enablement team. Prior to SitusAMC, Pasqua managed a $1bn portfolio for a Dallas-based family office. Previously, as managing director and co-head of asset management at Mosaic Real Estate Investors, Pasqua was recruited by industry pioneers Ethan Penner and Vicky Schiff to help build and institutionalise the asset management platform for a private credit portfolio focused on high-yield debt and preferred equity. His earlier career included leadership roles at major financial institutions including Crédit Agricole CIB, Alvarez & Marsal, and Portigon AG / WestLB.
Security Properties – Mark Bates has been promoted to chief investment officer. Bates served as managing director of conventional Investments at Security Properties since joining the firm in 2023. Prior to joining Security Properties, Bates held senior roles at top-tier investment and asset management firms, where he led investments, capital markets, and strategic joint ventures across major US markets. As CIO, Bates will lead the firm’s investment strategy across all multifamily disciplines and geographies. He will also play a key role in fostering relationships with capital partners and identifying emerging opportunities to expand the firm’s impact.
Diversified Energy Company – Sandra Stash will resign from the company’s board of directors. Stash, who has been a member of the board since 2019, is leaving the board in good standing and on amiable terms. Upon her departure from the board, it is expected that the current board member and Independent director, David Turner, will replace Stash as the senior independent director. In addition, current board and sustainability committee member Kathryn Klaber will be named chair of the sustainability committee, while current board member, Martin Thomas, will replace Stash as a member of the audit and risk committee.
The LK Group – Mark Worsfold has been appointed associate director within its project management team. Worsfold brings over 20 years of experience in retail and leisure development as part of wider town centre regeneration initiatives, with a strong focus on community, inclusivity, and well-being. In his new role, Worsfold will play a vital role in delivering project management for key town centre regeneration projects across Bury, Rugby, Tameside, St Helens and other Councils across the northwest, while also supporting The LK Group’s wider business development efforts.
NextNRG – Michael Weisz has been appointed to the firm’s strategic advisory board. Weisz is the founder and former CEO of Yieldstreet. Before Yieldstreet, Weisz founded Soli Capital, a litigation finance and specialty finance platform. Today, he leads a diversified family office with holdings in real assets, private credit, private equity, venture capital and emerging asset classes, and advises founders and executives on growth, M&A, and strategic transitions.
Keller Williams Realty – Sandra Howard has been appointed chief marketing officer. In her new role, Howard will accelerate KW’s growth via strategic marketing, branding, and communications-driven innovation and initiatives. Most recently, Howard served as principal of brand strategy at LERMA, a full-service advertising agency based in Dallas, Texas. Before that, Howard spent over a decade at AT&T, leading enterprise-wide advertising best practices and unified the company’s messaging and brand story across all platforms and business units. Earlier in her career, Howard served as the advertising and marketing communications director at Southwest Airlines, a senior consumer insights consultant at Edelman, and as the senior director of consumer insights and advertising at Burger King.
