Barings Real Estate Advisers – Marco Corti has been appointed director of transactions and asset management in Italy. He joins from Invesco Real Estate where he was head of asset management in Italy. He will report to Valeria Falcone, country head of Italy, who is expanding her role and becoming portfolio manager for a pan-European value-add strategy.
Greystar – Adam Pillay and Claudius Weissbarth have joined the global residential specialist as managing directors. Both were previously with JP Morgan Asset Management. Pillay will lead the global investor relations team. Weissbarth will be responsible for European investor strategy and development, and investor relationships for Europe and the Middle East. Senior director Michael Winiarski and director Jennifer Ciullo will be responsible for North American investor relationships.
Royal London Asset Management – Stephen Elliott has become lead portfolio fund manager for the Royal London Pension Property Fund. He will continue to manage the Royal London Property Fund.
Coima RES – The Italian company has appointed Luciano Gabriel and Olivier Elamine has independent directors and members of the control and risk, and compensation committees. Gabriel is chairman of PSP Swiss Property, and Elamine is founder of CEO of Alstria Office REIT.
