Allianz Real Estate, Atrium, M&G Investments, Logicor, National Development
Allianz Real Estate – Olivier Téran has been appointed CIO at Allianz Real Estate. Téran, who joined in 2008, replaces Charles Pridgeon, who, as reported earlier this month, is leaving the company. Pridgeon had held the role for four years. Téran started his career at Commerz Financial Products before he joined GE.
Atrium European Real Estate – Ryan Lee has been appointed group CFO. Lee will succeed Soňa Hýbnerová, who is leaving the company. Lee joins from beverage business Central European Distribution Corporation after two years as group CFO.
M&G Investments – John Mayhew has been appointed head of infrastructure finance. Mayhew joins from Erias Finance, an infrastructure advisory firm he founded in 2009. Mayhew, in his newly created role, will report to Simon Pilcher, chief executive of fixed income, and be based in London.
Logicor – Charlie Howard, Logicor’s UK director of leasing and customer solutions, has been promoted to UK managing director. Howard, who joined the company in late 2013 from Anglesea Capital, will continue to report to Logicor chief executive Mo Barzegar.
National Development – Daniel Killinger has been named managing director and head of the company’s National Real Estate Development arm. Killinger, who joined in 2013, will oversee a project portfolio in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Philadelphia. Before joining National in 2013, Killinger was executive vice-president for real estate planning and development at Edison Properties.
