Hodes Weill, TH Real Estate, Patrizia, ASB Real Estate, Cordea Savills, Atrium Real Estate Investments
Hodes Weill – Will Rowson is joining as a partner. Rowson will be based in London and lead Hodes Weill’s advisory and capital-raising activities in Europe and the UK. Previously EMEA CIO at CBRE Global Investors, Rowson has also worked for Strutt & Parker. He joined CBRE Global Investors’ predecessor, ING REIM, in 2003.
TIAA Henderson Real Estate – Anthony Butler, head of European investment for TIAA’s general account, is leaving the company. Butler, who set up and ran TIAA’s European platform, will leave this month after six years.
Patrizia Immobilien – Peter Forster is to become group head of asset management from January. Forster joined IVG Immobilien in 2009, most recently serving as group executive manager responsible for asset management. Forster has also worked at Deka Immobilien, DeTeImmobilien and Allianz Immobilien.
Atrium European Real Estate – Raoul Thomassen has been appointed deputy COO. He joined Atrium from Unibail-Rodamco in January 2009 as group head of operations. Prior to joining Atrium, Thomassen spent three years at Unibail-Rodamco. He has also worked for Koninklijke BAM Groep and Hollandsche Beton Group.
Cordea Savills – Cristiano Ronchi has been appointed head of investment in Italy. Ronchi has also been appointed a member of the board of directors at Cordea Savills SGR. Ronchi was previously a director of investments at Cordea Savills, having joined the company in 2005. He has also worked for McArthurGlen.
ASB Real Estate Investments – Clyde Robinson has joined the company as managing director and head of client services. Robinson, who joins from Hunt Realty Investments, has also worked for JE Robert Companies. At ASB, Robinson will oversee client relations, including the marketing of the company’s Allegiance and Meridian fund series.
