AXA Real Estate, LAR Espana, Europa Capital, HB Reavis
AXA Real Estate – Charles Daulon du Laurens has been appointed European head of sales, while Julien Conte has been appointed head of European equity sales. Prior to joining the company in 2012, Daulon du Laurens spent nine years in the capital markets divisions of major investment banks. Conte has been promoted, having joined in 2003.
LAR Espana – José Manuel Llovet has been appointed retail director for the Spanish market. Llovet was retail director of capital markets at JLL Spain. Prior to that, Llovet was at Unibail-Rodamco Spain.
Europa Capital – Hugo Black, James Fortescue, Tom Vail and Helen Muir have been promoted to director. James Brodie, James Farmer, Kerry Noonan and James Pennington were promoted to associate director. Europa Capital has also recruited George Minns to the Southern Europe acquisition team as a senior associate. Gergely Koos-Hutas has been named asset manager for Germany and France, also as a senior associate. Jack McCarron and Suhui Wang have joined to provide analytical support to the acquisition teams. Fiona Clark, Richard Mason, Nayan Mistry, Mark Pennington, Melissa Porteous and Thomas Wayling joined the finance teams.
HB Reavis – Michael Cassidy and Steve Hollingshead have been appointed non-executive directors to the UK board. Hollingshead joins immediately, while Cassidy will take up the role by the second quarter.
