PensionDanmark – Cecilie Orland Kiærskou has been appointed as the new investment director at the Danish labour market pension fund’s real estate arm, PensionDanmark Ejendomme. She is currently investment manager at Nordic developer and investor Urban Partners, a role she has held since May 2023, and will start her new job at PensionDanmark on 1 February 2026. Torben Modvig, CEO of PensionDanmark Ejendomme since September, said on LinkedIn that with Orland Kiærskou in charge, the property subsidiary was increasing its focus on joint ventures and urban development projects. Modvig also announced the appointment of Claus Skytte as the property unit’s new development director, also from February next year. Skytte comes to PensionDanmark subsidiary from Danish real estate developer Nordstern.
Beale Infrastructure – Julian Kudritzki has been appointed COO and Courtney Jolicoeur as CFO, to deepen the company’s operational and financial capabilities to scale execution across North America. Kudritzki leads Beale’s commercial activities, customer engagement and end-to-end product execution. Kudritzki brings more than 20 years of experience scaling and executing digital growth strategies. Most recently, he served as SVP of global revenue and product at Ada Infrastructure, where he led the delivery of 900MW of capacity across three continents. Prior to Ada, he built and led Microsoft’s azure infrastructure strategy and development team. Jolicoeur is responsible for leading the company’s capital sourcing, risk management and financial governance activities. She previously served for nine years as CFO of Unico Properties, overseeing corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, institutional relations and systems implementation. Her background also includes financial leadership roles at Amazon, VEREIT/Cole Capital and EY, with experience in large-scale real estate and infrastructure portfolios.
CBRE – Ada Fung has been appointed COO, advisory services, CBRE Hong Kong. In her expanded role, Fung will lead all advisory business lines in Hong Kong. She will report directly to Luke Moffat, president of North Asia, advisory services, CBRE. While continuing as head of leasing and consulting, Hong Kong, with a dotted reporting line to Tom Gaffney, head of leasing, advisory services, CBRE Asia Pacific. Fung joined CBRE in 2011 and brings over 24 years of industry experience.
Mercialys – Sarah Leroy joins the group as general secretary. In this role, and as member of the executive committee, she will oversee the legal, governance, compliance and CSR departments, reporting directly to Vincent Ravat, CEO. A qualified lawyer with a specialization in real estate and mergers and acquisitions, Leroy brings more than twenty years of experience in senior roles across legal affairs, governance, compliance and general secretary. She has notably held key positions at Axa Investment Managers, Tereos, as well as within the law firms Jones Day and August & Debouzy.
Cushman & Wakefield – Jessica Gangoso has joined the firm’s retail platform as VP, emerging brands and Kristen Pash has been appointed senior director of shopping centre leasing and development for North America. Gangoso has led global expansion efforts for high-profile brands, significantly scaling store footprints and revenue. In 2020, she founded Vela Retail Advisors, consulting for top-tier brands and offering end-to-end retail services from real estate to marketing and growth strategy. Pash joins Cushman & Wakefield from The Shopping Center Group, where she was VP, consulting on development opportunities, incorporating international experience and clients for multi-use and re-use projects, and working with retailers across the US and Europe. Previously, Pash was a senior executive at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in London for more than a decade. Prior to her time in London, Pash was vice president of leasing for Westfield America, where she spent over 12 years with the company, and led leasing strategy for flagship properties. Pash will integrate retail tenant curation and leasing with Cushman & Wakefield’s broader service offerings – including consulting, capital markets, valuation and advisory, project and development services and asset services.
Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust – Phil Redding has been appointed independent non-executive director, with effect from 1 January 2026. The company also confirms that Julian Berney Bt will be stepping down as chairman and retiring from the board at the conclusion of the AGM in March 2026, and will be succeeded by Redding. Redding brings over 35 years of experience in the UK & pan-European property sector, having begun his career at King Sturge, now JLL. He previously served as CIO and executive director at Segro, and most recently, as CEO of Tritax EuroBox, where he led the business through its acquisition by Brookfield in December 2024. Redding left Tritax following the completion of the transaction in September 2025.
Catena – The listed Scandinavian property firm has appointed Pierre Mazeret as the new regional manager for the eats region. Mazeret has a long and background in the real estate industry, most recently from Fokus Nordic, where in 2023 he was responsible for managing foreign clients’ property portfolios in Sweden. Prior to that, Mazeret worked for many years at Newsec with strategic and financial management – first as a property manager, then as a client manager, responsible for management, maintenance, and strategic development of a larger portfolio with several clients.
Edge – The European real estate developer and asset manager has strengthened its international leadership team with the appointments of Peter Pecnik as managing director and Nikolai Worp to lead strategic growth initiatives. Pecnik will oversee Edge’s international operations and growth strategy, concentrating on regions where the company is expanding beyond its established markets in the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom. He will lead the international team, identifying new opportunities through partnerships, joint ventures and development projects. Prior to joining Edge, Pecnik spent over 15 years at HB Reavis where he held senior leadership roles. Worp returns to Edge to focus on acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic investment opportunities across the international business. His focus will be on identifying and executing transactions in markets where Edge is building its presence. Having previously worked with Edge for more than 15 years, Worp played a key role in the company’s early international expansion, including its successful entry into the German market.
