Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management  Anne-Laurence Roucher has been appointed as group head of private markets, in a newly created role. Her mission will be to oversee the investment strategy and operations of private equity, infrastructure private debt and real estate investments, aligning with Edmond de Rothschild’s commitment to impact investing and sustainable finance. Roucher will report to Edmond de Rothschild AM’s CEO Christophe Caspar and joins Edmond de Rothschild AM’s executive committee. She is based in Geneva and was previously deputy CEO at Natixis affiliate Mirova. Prior to joining Mirova, she spent more than a decade in strategy and corporate development roles at Natixis Group and AT Kearney. 

ITE Management – the alternative asset manager focused on industrial transportation and infrastructure has appointed Alexander Dalhoff as managing director, head of European investments. Dalhoff will lead ITE’s European investment strategy in transportation and industrial sectors, both central to the firm’s long-term diversification and growth plans. He brings nearly two decades of experience in special situations, alternative credit, and private equity investing. He spent over 15 years at Fortress Investment Group in London, most recently as a managing director in the European credit opportunities business. Earlier in his career, he was an analyst at Houlihan Lokey in London and Frankfurt.

Aviva Investors – Kevin Au has been appointed as senior investment specialist to support Aviva Investors’ real estate efforts. He joins after four and a half years at LGIM where he covered UK real estate including the build-to-rent and the broader UK residential sector.

Aon Jaspal Phull and David Gaffney have joined the global consultancy’s European real assets research team, reflecting growing investor demand for real asset solutions. Phull joins as an associate partner from Aviva Investors and Redington. Gaffney joins as a senior consultant, having previously served as a real asset strategy and research analyst at Aviva Investors. Both Jaspal and David will report to Oliver Hamilton, head of real assets manager research, EMEA at Aon.

NTR – The clean energy transition investor and asset manager has promted Stephen Campion as chief financial officer. Campion joined NTR in 2023 as head of finance. In his new role Campion will lead financial and risk oversight across NTR managed pan-European funds and their underlying investments. He also join’s the company’s leadership team and management board. Prior to joining NTR he served as chief commercial officer at Simply Blue Group and as head of finance at Kennedy Wilson Europe, a listed real estate investor and asset manager.

Patron Capital – The pan-European institutional investor focused on property-backed investments has appointed Joanne Douvas as senior partner, investor relations, to accelerate capital raising from leading institutional investors based in the US Patron’s value-add/opportunistic and real estate credit strategies across Europe. Douvas will be based in New York, and joins from BentallGreenOak, where she has served as managing director, capital raising since 2016. Prior to this she spent 16 years as a limited partner investing in real estate funds – including funds sponsored by Patron – at LGT Capital Partners, Clerestory Capital Partners, and JPMorgan Asset Management.

Oaktree Capital Management – The fund manager has appointed James Greenwood as senior advisor and Kieran Thind as senior vice president within its European private debt team, based in London. Greenwood joins Oaktree with more than three decades of experience across leveraged finance and private credit. He most recently served as CEO of Permira Credit. Thind joins from ICG, where he was a managing director focused on originating and executing sponsor-backed senior debt transactions across Europe and the US.

Arjun Infrastructure Partners – has appointed Andy Webb as CEO for its majoruty-owned highway rest services business ONroute. Webb brings extensive food and retail service experience in the travel sector, having most recently served as chief commercial officer at SSP UK & Ireland. Arjun has also also completed the refinancing of ONroute’s existing senior debt facilities.
