Local Pensions Partnership InvestmentsJonathan Ord has been promoted to head of direct infrastructure, having served as head of investment since January 2024. In his new role, Ord will take overall responsibility for leading the team, ensuring it continues to deliver strong outcomes across its investment portfolio. Daniel Hobson, formerly head of infrastructure asset management, will transition into a newly created role of head of origination and execution, leading efforts to deliver new investment opportunities. He will oversee origination activity and strengthen engagement with external partners to build a robust investment pipeline. James Harraway joins the team as head of value creation. He joins from Infracapital, where he worked as managing director.

ATP Real Estate  – Martine Prince has been promoted to the position of chief corporate officer, and will become a new member of the management board, which is being expanded to a three-person team to include her. Prince has worked at ATP Real Estate since 2019, when she was hired to build an in-house legal department, and has since headed up the CEO office and HR, among other activities at the pension fund’s property arm. In addition to her new role, Prince is also a member of several boards on behalf of ATP Real Estate.

AEWAlexia Delaire has been promoted to COO of asset management France while retaining her role as head of asset management for retail and hotels France. The COO position has been created to ensure the co-ordination and harmonisation of processes, particularly through the digitalisation and modernisation of activities carried out by the team of asset management professionals based in Paris. Delaire joined AEW’s asset management team in 2012 after starting her career at a French REIT company. Julie Milaret recently joined AEW as head of major projects and sustainable development France. In her new role, Milaret will work closely with AEW’s SRI, asset management, fund management and Investment teams, leading two teams of 9 and 6 professionals respectively to drive key projects focused on generating value through active asset management and sustainability improvements, particularly through the adaptation and repositioning of assets. Milaret brings over 15 years of experience to the role, with the last 5 years spent at BNP Paribas Real Estate as programme director for major developments in hotels, offices, and residential operations. 

Vantage Data CentersChristophe Strauven has been appointed chief commercial officer for North America. Strauven will oversee the region’s commercial strategy, including capital allocation, partnerships, commercial deal structuring and portfolio management, reinforcing Vantage’s continued growth and leadership in the digital infrastructure sector. Previously, Strauven served as chief financial officer for North America, where he led the region’s finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting and tax functions. Before that, he was senior vice president, capital markets at Vantage, developing and executing the company’s global capital-raising strategy through debt financing and financial risk management. Prior to joining Vantage, Strauven served as a managing director at Digital Colony, a lead investor in Vantage, where he spearheaded the firm’s European credit investment initiative. He also spent more than a decade at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, advising on an

GarbeNaseer Aka has been appointed managing director for the Dubai office of Garbe’s capital and strategy business. He will be responsible for developing Garbe’s business across the Gulf Cooperation Council region, with a primary focus on the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In his new role, Aka will lead the establishment and growth of the capital and strategy’s Middle Eastern platform. He will raise institutional capital from the region to support Garbe’s European pipeline and offer investors tailored fund and mandate solutions across the full real estate risk spectrum. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, including the past 15 years focused on real estate as an asset class, Aka brings extensive regional know-how and a strong international network to the role. Prior to joining Garbe, Aka held senior positions with leading investment banks in Europe and later founded his own real estate investment firm in 2020 — a company in which Garbe’s capital and strategy business was an early investor and later fully acquired. Having worked closely with Garbe for nearly a decade, he now joins the firm to spearhead its next phase of global expansion.

E3PCelia Kenyon has been appointed to the firm’s board. Since joining E3P in April 2019, Kenyon has grown the company’s ecology and arboricultural division from a team of four to eighteen specialists. She has led biodiversity net gain projects, advising clients, contributing to industry steering groups, and delivering CPD programmes, enhancing E3P’s technical capability and client services across the UK.

NewmarkJohn Russell as partner in its Glasgow office. Russell joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he headed the Scottish business rates team, and brings more than twenty years’ experience advising both private and public sector clients across Scotland on appeals, valuation challenges and rates mitigation strategies.
