CBRE France – Vincent Vernier and François-Régis de Causans have been appointed as co-heads of its capital markets business to lead the integration of the firm’s investment properties, investment banking advisory and debt and structured finance divisions. Vernier joins from Bain Capital, where he served as a real estate investment professional, and previously held senior positions at Lone Star and Goldman Sachs. De Causans transitions roles within the same group, having previously served as head of the industrial and logistics investment properties business for CBRE Advisory Services, and previously held transaction roles at CBRE Investment Management. In their new roles, they will support CBRE France’s target of delivering integrated, tailored investment, financing and complex transaction structuring solutions across all asset classes. Nicolas Verdillon has been appointed as senior adviser to lead the identification and execution of real estate investment opportunities. Verdillon transitions roles within the same company, where he previously served as head of the France capital markets team. In his new role, he will support CBRE France’s target of identifying strategic transactions.
Madison International Realty – Michael Seitz has been appointed head of US investments to lead the firm’s strategy of long term succession planning and multi-generational leadership innovation. Seitz transitions from within the company, where he served as a managing director and member of the rising leaders committee, overseeing key deployment initiatives since joining the firm in 2015. He will also join the newly established office of the president. Max Sauermann has been appointed head of European investments to lead the firm’s strategy of long term succession planning and multi-generational leadership innovation. Sauermann transitions from within the company’s Frankfurt office, where he served as a managing director and member of the rising leaders committee, overseeing regional transaction activity since joining the firm in 2021. He will also join the newly established office of the president. Kim Adamek has been appointed to the executive management committee to lead the firm’s strategy of integrating portfolio and asset management into its overarching investment approach. Adamek transitions from within the company, where she will continue to serve as head of portfolio and asset management, overseeing capital preservation and asset performance strategies. With over 11 years of experience at the firm, she has established a track record in delivering exemplary contributions to the firm’s growth. Jacob Albano has been appointed director on the US investment team to lead the firm’s strategy of sourcing and underwriting unique, alpha generating liquidity solutions. Albano rejoins the firm from LCOR, where he served as an investment professional for approximately five years, overseeing real estate acquisition and development activities. He previously held an investment role at Madison International Realty prior to his tenure at LCOR.
Cushman & Wakefield – Josh Cullen has been appointed head of capital markets, Asia Pacific to lead the firm’s strategy of strengthening investor relationships and accelerating cross-border capital growth. Cullen joins from Cushman & Wakefield‘s regional team, where he served as a key leader for over eight years, overseeing the expansion of the firm’s capital markets presence across Australia and the broader region. He previously held senior real estate positions during his more than 20 years of experience. In his new role, he will support Cushman & Wakefield’s target of scaling its Asia Pacific platform, focusing on deepening relationships with major institutional investors and securing major investment sales. Gordon Marsden has been appointed head of global capital, APAC & EMEA to lead the firm’s strategy of driving cross-border capital intelligence and advisory growth. Marsden joins from Cushman & Wakefield‘s international platform, where he served in strategic advisory and brokerage leadership capacities. With over 25 years of experience, he also spent several years establishing a track record in capital raising and investor relations across major global markets. In his new role, he will support Cushman & Wakefield’s target of increasing wallet share from top-tier clients, focusing on engagement with the world’s largest institutional investors.
JLL – Matt Bennion has been appointed head of project & development services (PDS) for Asia Pacific. Bennion will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of JLL’s APAC PDS business. He succeeds Martin Hinge, whose retirement was announced in October 2025. As head of PDS APAC, Bennion will chair the APAC PDS executive committee, develop and execute the regional capital and M&A strategy. Before joining JLL, Bennion was founding owner and CEO of Thrive-AI. He also held the posts of COO and later CEO of Arcadis Asia from 2013 to 2018. Miguel Monreal has been appointed as head of logistics capital markets Spain to lead the division and head up teams specialising in logistics and industrial transaction. Monreal joins from Marq Logistics, where he served as principal leading growth strategy, opportunity identification and project development. He previously held the roles of senior development director at Marq Logistics and national director of logistics investment at CBRE. In his new role, he will advise clients on investment, divestment and asset development transactions.
RivingtonHark – Ilan Goldman has been appointed as portfolio director to lead the expansion of the firm’s asset management platform and its UK shopping centre investment acquisitions. Goldman joins the senior team after a career delivering shopping centre, mixed-use and regeneration projects, including securing planning consent for the mixed-use redevelopment of St John’s Shopping Centre in Preston and delivering an educational campus within Westmorland Shopping Centre. With over 30 years of experience, he has established a track record in unlocking asset potential through innovative repositioning strategies. In his new role, he will support RivingtonHark’s target of driving portfolio growth and identifying new acquisition opportunities, while overseeing assets including Liverpool St John’s shopping centre alongside Palace Gardens and Exchange Enfield.
Greystone – Joshua Rosen has been appointed as senior managing director to lead the origination of seniors housing and healthcare loans. Rosen joins from Walker & Dunlop, where he served as a commercial real estate finance professional. In his new role, he will support Greystone’s target of expanding its specialised healthcare and seniors housing finance capabilities, focusing on delivering tailored capital solutions for owners, investors and operators across the sector.
Clean Energy Fuels – Bart Frabotta has been appointed chief operating officer to lead the firm’s strategy of becoming a technology-forward, low-cost company while accelerating growth. Frabotta transitions from within the company, where he served as group vice president of operations since 2021, overseeing reliability, efficiency and cost structure across the station network. He previously held the role of director of engineering and construction after joining the firm in 2010. With over 20 years of experience, he also spent several years across the energy infrastructure, construction and technology sectors, where he established a track record in operational leadership. In his new role, he will support the firm’s target of decarbonising transportation through the development and delivery of renewable natural gas, focusing on company-wide operational functions, station operations and implementing artificial intelligence initiatives.
Newmark – Munish Viralam has been appointed as executive vice chairman to lead its real estate strategy and consulting group, where he will oversee the unified New York consulting and financial services teams to provide a centralised resource for brokerage professionals. Viralam joins from CBRE, where he spent nearly two decades advising major corporate tenants and was twice recognised as the consulting group’s professional of the year. In his new role, he will support Newmark’s target of scaling its consulting capacities and establishing a strategic framework to optimise client outcomes across large and multi-market transactions.
