Delancey – Emma Murray has been appointed director, capital strategies to lead the firm’s growth drive. Murray joins from Fiera Real Estate, where she served as director of business development and capital raising, overseeing the raising for UK-only and pan-European strategies and managing institutional relationships. She previously held the role of managing institutional client relationships across pension funds and sovereign wealth funds. In her new role, she will support Delancey’s target of establishing itself as a one-stop shop for global investors, focusing on expanding capital strategies across debt and equity, deepening institutional relationships, and supporting key mandates such as the firm’s commercial property partnership with Aware Super.
Immobel – Rikkert Leeman has been appointed CEO to lead the firm’s next phase of development. Leeman joins from Alides REIM, where he served as CEO and managing director, overseeing the company’s growth into a leading Belgian real estate player with international activities in Poland and Luxembourg. He previously held the role of chief operating officer at Alides REIM and chief technical officer at Befimmo. In his new role, he will support Immobel’s target of disciplined portfolio delivery and selective, partnership-led growth, focusing on completing, leasing and realising value from the current portfolio while expanding the Belgian residential platform and managing office platforms in Luxembourg and Paris city centre.
Knight Frank – Félix Lebrun has been appointed as partner in the European living sectors team, to lead the firm’s strategy of building the world’s leading living sectors real estate and debt advisory platform. Lebrun joins from Macquarie Asset Management, where he covered the living sectors across the full investment lifecycle, and previously held a role at Eastdil Secured. In his new role, he will support Knight Frank’s target of offering global, integrated real estate and debt advice at scale, focusing on institutional capital transactions across the UK and continental European living sectors. Josh Woolley has rejoined the firm as partner focusing on PBSA valuation and advisory, to lead the firm’s strategy of scaling its living sectors platform across the UK. Woolley joins from Watkin Jones, where he served as a divestment director, and previously spent over a decade within the hotels and student property teams at Knight Frank. In his new role, he will support Knight Frank’s target of delivering of living sectors valuations annually, focusing on student housing advisory. Charles Major has been appointed as senior surveyor in the UK student property team, to lead the firm’s strategy of bolstering operational capital markets coverage. Major joins from Savills, where he held a position in the operational capital markets team, and previously held the role of graduate surveyor at Montagu Evans. In his new role, he will support Knight Frank’s target of advising on a transactional pipeline, focusing on disposal and acquisition mandates.
Woodalls – Dana Serrano has been appointed as head of construction, Europe, to lead the firm’s strategy of expanding across key European markets and delivering international projects for global occupiers. Serrano joins from Unispace and ISG, where she served as a senior leader managing multidisciplinary delivery teams across France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, and previously held the role of architect in Mexico. In her new role, she will support Woodalls’ target of developing its integrated European delivery platform and scaling its construction operations as demand for integrated design and construction services accelerates across the workplace, life sciences, technology and data centre sectors.
Spearmint Energy – Yelena Kuznetsova has been appointed as chief marketing communications officer, to lead the firm’s strategy of strengthening its strategic communications function and elevating its approach through its next stage of growth. Kuznetsova transitions within the company from her previous role since joining in 2023, where she grew Spearmint’s brand and communications strategy, and previously held the role of senior vice president at Capital Dynamics. In her new role, she will support Spearmint Energy’s target of expanding its development pipeline and operating portfolio, focusing on delivering clear, consistent messaging for investors, partners and other stakeholders as the company expands its large-scale battery storage solutions.
TENN – Christian Mathews has been appointed as executive director, commercial real estate, to lead the firm’s strategy of scaling its commercial real estate lending capabilities. Mathews joins from the private equity and private capital space, where he served as an adviser arranging finance for complex real estate transactions across Europe, and previously held senior origination and structuring roles at RBS. In his new role, he will support TENN’s target of expanding across its three core verticals of real estate, financial assets and fund finance, focusing on originating and building a strong pipeline of commercial real estate lending opportunities.
Core Scientific – Steve Smith has been appointed as a member of the board of directors, to lead the firm’s strategy of executing one of the market’s largest multi-site AI infrastructure build-outs and advancing its long-term power infrastructure strategy. Smith joins from Zayo Group, where he has served as CEO since 2020, and previously held the role of CEO and president at Equinix. In his new role, he will support Core Scientific’s target of scaling the business and capturing opportunities.
Rubin Rudman – Joshua Caswell has been appointed as partner in the trusts and estates group, to lead the firm’s strategy of advising growing client bases on wealth preservation and transfer strategies. Caswell joins from Nixon Peabody, where he spent over a decade advising clients on sophisticated estate, tax and charitable planning, and previously held positions as an attorney specialising in trust administration. In his new role, he will support Rubin Rudman’s target of expanding one of the largest trusts and estates practices in the region, focusing on probate administration and the management of heirloom family real estate.
