AP Pension – Peter Olsson has left his job as CEO of the Danish pension fund’s real estate arm, AP Ejendomme, after 10 years in the post. Helle Grosser, CFO at the subsidiary, is taking over as acting CEO until a replacement for Olsson is found. The pension fund said Olsson’s resignation had happened by mutual agreement between him and the AP Ejendomme board. Olssen will be available to support a smooth transition. The AP Ejendomme board has started the process of finding a new CEO.

ESR – Justin Gabbani has been appointed as group head of fund management to lead ESR’s fund management platform, overseeing fund performance, product strategy and capital raising. Gabbani joins from Lendlease, where he served as CEO, investment management, and previously held the role of CEO Asia. In his new role, he will support ESR’s target of supporting scalable execution across its platform, focusing on strengthening investor engagement, capital deployment and active asset management across Asia-Pacific markets.

Westbridge Advisory –  Felix Waldeier has been appointed as head of people & culture, effective to lead the further development of human resources across the entire group. Waldeier joins from Norton Rose Fulbright in Frankfurt, where he served as head of people & culture for Germany, overseeing HR operations. He previously spent around ten years at AvS Advisors, advising international companies on executive appointments and organisational development, and began his career at Boston Consulting Group. In his new role, he will support Westbridge Advisory’s target of strengthening its organisational capabilities, establishing clear structures and scaling the business sustainably.

Harworth Group –  Tony Quinlan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 June 2026, to support the board and join its audit and remuneration committees. Quinlan joins the firm with nearly 35 years of UK plc experience, having previously served as chief executive officer of Laird, where he led its turnaround and 2018 sale to Advent International, and group finance director of Drax Group plc from 2008 to 2015. He currently serves as chair of NextEnergy Solar Fund and as senior independent director on the boards of FTSE 250 constituents Costain Group and Hill & Smith. In his new role, he will support Harworth Group’s target of delivering on its strategic growth ambitions through his extensive background in M&A, corporate governance and major infrastructure development.

Allen Matkins –  Noah Shapiro, Russ Rabinovich and Lauren Margiano have been appointed as partners in the New York office to strengthen the firm’s commercial leasing capabilities. Shapiro joins from Holland & Knight, where he advised commercial landlords and corporate tenants on large-scale office headquarters and portfolio leasing transactions. Rabinovich also joins from Holland & Knight, bringing extensive experience in negotiating and structuring major office leases for institutional investors, REITs, asset managers and professional services firms. Margiano joins from Holland & Knight as well, having established a track record representing preeminent landlords and corporate tenants—including global banking, insurance and law firms—across the office, retail and restaurant sectors. In their new roles, they will support Allen Matkins’ target of expanding its New York presence and serving clients on high-stakes leasing matters nationwide. Jason Weaderhorn has been appointed senior counsel, joining from Holland & Knight to focus on high-end office, retail and mixed-use leasing transactions. William Alesi has been appointed associate, also joining from Holland & Knight to advise real estate investors, developers and managers on nationwide leasing projects.

Stoneweg –  Carlos Garcia-Peredo has been appointed as head of credit solutions for the alternatives platform, where he will oversee the accelerated growth strategy and scale the private credit offering, focusing on originating and investing in loans and hybrid instruments across Southern Europe. Garcia-Peredo joins from ING, where he served as head of credit for Spain and Portugal, and previously held the role of executive member of the EMEA credit management team. In his new role, he will support Stoneweg‘s target of deploying up to €500m over the next 12 months, focusing on underwriting larger ticket sizes.

Cushman & Wakefield –  Aracibo Quintana and Marty Arrivo have been appointed as executive managing director and executive director respectively for the Miami retail team, where they will oversee retail leasing and advisory capabilities across South Florida and the broader Americas region. Quintana and Arrivo join from RIPCO Real Estate, where they served as EVPs, and previously co-founded Acre. In their new roles, they will support Cushman & Wakefield’s target of growing its retail platform across the Americas, focusing on supporting clients with market entry, expansion and portfolio strategy across major gateway markets.

Lendlease –  Penny Ransom has been appointed as CEO, investment management to lead the international investment management business. Ransom steps up from within Lendlease, where she served as CIO, and previously held the role of group head of investments. In her new role, she will support Lendlease’s target of driving international business growth, focusing on capital allocation, global capital raising and product development.

ColliersAdrian Tang has been appointed head of industrial services for Colliers Hong Kong. Tang, who will report to CK Lau, managing director at Colliers Hong Kong. He will be responsible for providing integrated advisory solutions to occupiers, investors and developers across the industrial value chain. With more than 25 years of experience in the Hong Kong real estate market, Tang owns an established track record in advising individual investors, institutional and corporate clients on major acquisitions, disposals and leasing across multiple sectors.

Middleburg –  Aaron Douthit has been appointed development partner to lead the sourcing, execution and advancement of development opportunities that support the continued growth of the firm’s scalable rental housing platform beyond its established Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic footprint. Douthit joins from JPI, where he served as vice president, area development partner, overseeing leadership roles on the central region development team. He previously held roles managing multifamily assets across both Texas and Southern California, where he supported the development portfolio at JPI. In his new role, he will support Middleburg’s target of expanding into Texas and deepening its presence across high-growth Western markets, focusing on Class-A market-rate communities, attainable and affordable housing developments.
