KanAm Grund has acquired a 5,300sqm office portfolio in Dublin for one of its real estate funds.
The manager, on behalf of the European Cities KI fund, has paid an undisclosed sum to buy the four independent buildings at 30-33 Molesworth Street from Henderson Park.
KanAm said the European Cities KI fund is now invested in Lyon in France and Dublin in the Republic of Ireland.
The building at 32 Molesworth Street is the largest building in the portfolio in
terms of area. It is fully let to the law firm Maples. The other buildings in the portfolio are let to multiple tenants including Savills Commercial Ireland.
