The KanAm Grund Group has bought purchased the Nuremberg Heimatministerium office building in Germany for its Fokus Süddeutschland Fund.
The former Bavarian state bank building, which was acquired for an undisclosed sum, is located between Bankgasse and Findelgasse was fully refurbished in 2014.
It offers a gross floor area of 6,506sqm, including 5,440sqm of lettable space.
With the acquisition of the former bank building, KanAm said the real estate special fund now has a total of 7 properties in Germany across 6 locations. The occupancy types range from office, hotel and retail to industrial sites.
