KanAm Grund Group has bought an office building in Scotland for a real estate fund.
The manager, on behalf of the KanAm Grund European Cities fund, has paid an undisclosed sum to buy the 4 North St Andrew Street building in Edinburgh from Knight Property Group.
The building, which underwent complete refurbishment in 2019, offers over 3,821sqm meters of office space distributed over seven floors and is fully-leased.
The latest acquisition is the 14th property of the KanAm Grund European Cities, which was set up mainly for a northern German pension fund.
