KanAm Grund Group has bought a 21,000sqm office portfolio in Spain for an unnamed institutional investor.
The Frankfurt-based manager said the 7 buildings in Barcelona were bought by insurer AXA for a KanAm real estate fund for an undisclosed sum.
The assets include Carrera 12-22, Paral.lel 71-73, Roger de Flor 62-68, Portal de Santa Madrona 6-8, Pl. Pere Coromines 1, Puig i Xoriguer 11-13, Doctor Joaquin Pou 8.
KanAm said all the buildings are let to the Government of Catalonia.AXA
