CBRE, Grosvenor, Omni Partners, LGIM, Situs, Franklin Templeton
CBRE – Richard Barkham is to join the company as global chief economist next month. Barkham will be based in London and report to CBRE head of research Nick Axford. Barkham, a visiting professor of real estate economics at University College London, is leaving Grosvenor, where he was group research director.
Grosvenor – Graham Parry has been appointed as group research director, replacing Barkham (see above). Parry, currently head of research for Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, has been with the company since 2003.
Omni Partners – John Jenkins has been appointed chief executive of Capital Bridging Finance. Jenkins was previously chief executive of GE Capital and, prior to that, spent 17 years at Lloyds TSB.
Legal & General Investment Management – Paul So has been appointed head of index funds for Asia Pacific. So will be based in LGIM’s Asia Pacific regional headquarters in Hong Kong. He previously worked for Enhanced Investment Products, where he was head of beta products for four years. Before then, he worked for Blackrock.
Situs – Heather Jones has been announced as director of operations for Europe. Jones will be based in the company’s London office and joins from Auction.com, where she was co-head of business development. Prior to that, Jones was vice-president of commercial real estate origination at Credit Suisse.
Franklin Templeton – Kelsey Biggers has been named as head of performance analysis and investment risk. Biggers was previously head of risk at Franklin Templeton subsidiary K2 Advisors.
