Corestate, Metro, Aeriance Investments, Carey Olsen

Corestate – Thomas Landschreiber has been appointed chief investment officer.

Landschreiber, who co-founded Corestate, is currently chairman of the supervisory board. His role as chief operating officer will be taken over by Sascha Wilhelm, managing director of Corestate Capital Advisors in Frankfurt. Wilhelm will continue to be responsible for the company’s asset management division. Daniel Schoch remains chief financial officer.

Metro – Henning Klöppelt has been appointed as head of the company’s Galeria Kaufhof subisidiary. Klöppelt was previously managing director at Warburg-Henderson and left the company last month.

Aeriance Investments – Kevin Davidson and Stephen Penny have been recruited to the company’s loan origination division. Davidson joins from loan advisory and management firm Situs. He has also worked for Nationwide, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan. Penny joins Aeriance from Deutsche Postbank, where he spent nine years as head of credit. Penny is member of the London Credit Committee and Risk Forum.

Carey Olsen – Jan Golaszewski has joined the firm’s Cayman Islands office as counsel in its dispute resolution and litigation department. Golaszewski was previously at Maples & Calder in the Cayman Islands for five years and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London and Hong Kong for eight years.
