GE Capital – Alec Burger is replacing Mark Begor as president & CEO of GE Capital Real Estate with immediate effect. Burger, currently north America leader for GE Capital Real Estate, is responsible for commercial real estate lending and investing in the US, Mexico and Canada. Prior to his current role, he was managing director of GE Capital Real Estate UK and has been with the firm since 1991.
Blackstone Real Estate – John Schissel has been appointed chief financial officer of Invitation Homes, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company in the US. Blackstone has also named Leslie Fox as a chief operating officer at Invitation.
Mayfair Capital Investment Management – Gill Roantree has been appointed as chief operating officer. Roantree was previously head of property investment support at Schroders. Roantree spent more than 11 years with Schroder Property.
Timbercreek Asset Management - Audrey Howe has joined Timbercreek as senior vice-president. Howe was previously president and director of private fund manager ACM Advisors.
AMP Capital – Kate Campbell has been appointed institutional director for Europe. She joins from JP Morgan, where she was executive director of capital introduction in the prime brokerage region. She has also held positions at Deutsche Bank, Equity Capital Markets and Goldman Sachs.
